All supplier registrations are manually reviewed. Approval is based on evidence-supported sustainability claims and a willingness to participate in appropriate verification processes, which may include desk-based review and, where appropriate, on-site assessment.

Approved suppliers are visible only to authorised consultants working on active projects.

The platform operates on a commission-based model, with no upfront registration or listing fees.
