The ORVA Difference
Anything you can imagine being made in a hotel from leather or similar materials can be produced with our ORVA material to an exceptional standard. We are currently seeking distributors and procurement partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa who share our commitment to sustainable, high-quality solutions.
Our products perform at least as well as traditional leather under testing and have been independently assessed for chemical composition and durability. ORVA is fully biodegradable, breaking down naturally in soil within three to four months. It contains no polymers or rubber and uses two-thirds less water in production compared with leather or recycled leather.
Certified. Compliant. Responsibly Made.
ORVA products are designed with safety, transparency, and responsibility at their core, meeting recognised international standards for material compliance and ethical production.
All ORVA products are REACH certified, ensuring full compliance with European regulations governing chemical safety and human health.
In addition, ORVA products are PET certified, confirming that no animal-derived materials are used in their manufacture. This supports ethical sourcing standards and aligns with modern expectations around animal welfare and responsible production.
Together, these certifications reinforce ORVA's commitment to safe materials, ethical manufacturing, and products suitable for hospitality, commercial, and design-led environments.

The ORVA ordering process includes seven steps: Enquiry, Clarification, Design Pathway (with options for Client Design or ORVA Design), Commercial Alignment, Sampling, Final Approval and Order, and Production and Delivery. Typical timelines are approximately 4 weeks from enquiry to approved samples, and 6-8 weeks from order to delivery. Timelines vary by order volume and delivery location.
If you are interested in partnering with us to bring a more sustainable material to the hospitality sector, we would be pleased to hear from you.
