Khaled Rachedi is a Project Chef and Kitchen Optimisation Consultant specialising in kitchen optimisation, menu development, and planning for food and beverage operations. He brings a deep understanding of culinary workflows, back-of-house efficiency, and guest-centric menu design, bridging creative intent with operational and commercial performance.
In addition to his consulting role at Captivate Consultants, Khaled is responsible for ORVA distribution across Europe and Africa. He leads market development, partner engagement, and product positioning, working closely with operators, distributors, and hospitality groups to support effective adoption within professional kitchen environments.
